    Ginmber helped me and he was so nice!

    Usually when I come to this location it's a busy nightmare but today there were multiple parking spots, plenty of space to sit inside and the staff was super sweet.

    Still lots of homeless ppl surrounding the area but 7pm is a great time to come if you want to be in and out or if you want to sit and stay a bit !

    Hello,

    What a beautiful location, great atmosphere but poorly costumer service. Didn't Cleo woke up in a good mood today? - Go back home!

    Flies on the food display made me give up on a delicious lunch I was planning to have, and politely was mention to him and I guess.. He doesn't really care about at all.

    You need more positivity, hygiene people work in this location. Lost a huge costumer !

    i mean it's starbucks.... i wanna give them a five bc they are usually consistent... but recently i've been def bummed out bc of the lack of courtesy and actual attention being paid to the orders either thru the mobile system or thru postmates.
    this has only been a recent problem.

    i'm not tryna be an ass about it i just think it's not hard to follow the order label and put the right beverage requested into the cup to go.
    just pay more attention to actual labels on mobile and togo orders.
    i know postmates is like "phone tag" but come on... i see the order is correct it's the baristas making the mistakes.
    also i called very kindly just so the staff has a heads up on order errors in their end... and the staff member (who was tryna assume i wanted to get something out of my complaint) when i clearly stated i just wanted to send a heads up to the staff was somewhat dismissive and hung up on me so fast i couldn't even wish her a good day.
    MAKE STARBUCKS ON MELROSE GREAT AGAIN!
    LOL  
    ps. we still love this melrose location just keep up on remembering it's easy to maintain quality control.

    Clean Starbucks, but just like a sign i read once said, "Real friends dont let real friends drink Starbucks". I only came here for the bathroom, and to buy a over priced sandwich because nothing was near by. If you want really bad quality coffee, go here. I literally have not had any drink at Starbucks where I said "Damn! Thats hella good!" DM me for better recommendations.
